  1. Continued conversations about evaluation rubrics are key to the process. If you have a discussions or leadership team comprised of teacher representatives, schedule a time to communicate with your building and district leadership about your concerns.

    Prior to these conversations, I would recommend identifying specifically what it is about the rubric that you would like to see changed. Also, this may be a time to research other rubrics available, to see if there are elements of these that can be incorporated in whole or in part to your process.

    Keeping the door open to revision of teacher evaluation rubrics ensures buy-in from all parties.
